Certification Requirements

To receive your official Francesca The Method® Instructor Certificate, it is essential to:

✅ Subscribe to Francesca’s Video Platform for ongoing class practice and movement study
✅ Practice regularly at DOSE Istanbul if you’re based locally
✅ Complete and submit your certification exam either:
• In person at DOSE Istanbul – October 2025
• Online – submit by December 2025
